Privacy Notice

1. What we collect
When you submit the "Request Access" form, we collect the name and email address you enter, and your answers to the two questions on the form — what you're automating, and what happens if it goes wrong.
That's everything this page collects. It doesn't use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technology.
2. How we use it
To review your request, understand whether Guardian is a fit for what you're building, and — if it is — reach out to you directly about a pilot spot or product updates. We don't use it for advertising, and we never sell it.
3. Who sees it
Your submission is delivered through Formspree, our form-processing provider, to a private Guardian mailbox. Formspree only ever handles the delivery of that one submission — we don't share it with anyone else.
4. How long we keep it
We keep waitlist submissions while we're actively reviewing pilot candidates. If you'd like your submission deleted at any time, just email us and we'll remove it.
5. Your rights
You can ask what we have on file for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@guardian-safety-gate.com and we'll handle it personally — we're a small team, and we respond ourselves.
6. Children's privacy
This site isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted the form, contact us and we'll remove it promptly.
